This is fine as long as itβs not that slimey super-suger-saturated cum cream that some places like to use. The Boston Cream is okay, but whenever that other shit is makes me want to gag with with disgustingly sweet and slimey it is.
Custard yes. Whip cream, get that shit out of here.
Same thing with frosting. I don't want that fondant BS. if I wanted something that looked nice but couldn't eat, I'd get an ornament.
Everything fondant is used for would be better served by using modeling chocolate. Harder to work with, but at least it also tastes good. Hell, regular ol' sugar+water frosting is better tasting.
Whipped cream is alright if you're literally sending it out within the minute it was filled, but that's not how bakeries work. At least, not bakeries I could afford

Not all fillings can be baked, whipped cream for example is injected after baking
