What Russian diesel? They don't even have enough to supply their own country right now.

They'd still sell us what little they have, just to have the cash to buy more bombs to throw at Ukraine.

Comrade Boris is always willing to sacrifice himself to hurt the enemies of the Motherland.

What an absolute bumbling chuckle-fuckhead, enabling the most vile reptile. And all to try and buy some mid-term relief for his parade of losers.

If this happened in a drama you'd laugh at the absurdity of it.

Republicans are the largest threat to the world. They aren't people. They need to be removed from circulation.

Wow, this may be the worst thing that Trump has done politically in my opinion.

Over 2 million in losses in Ukraine? I'm afraid to check the numbers again.

All so we could fight with Iran for God knows how many years. The USA has gained absolutely nothing with Trump at the helm.

God he's stupid. This is horrifying. Russia will get a massive cash infusion.

I'd not say they've not gained anything. They've gained the reputation of a bad partner, a despotic state, authoritarianism, the failure to abide by their own constitution, and they've become a greater negative influence on the world. Oh, and it's now an open secret that they are actually run by Israel, not the other way around and that US citizens won't do anything about their government, and that the current administration doesn't care about the 1st, 4th, 6th, 14th, 15th, (19th probably) and 22nd amendments and will actively breach them with zero repercussions. And that the people/congress won't use the 2nd and/or 25th when it is actually appropriate to do so.

Israel doesn't have enough money to own us, it's the same people who have always owned us. The investment companies that have been around since the slavery days, those very same financial interests (now much more massive and interconnected, they have grown like a cancer).

They're international, they'll just as likely turn on Israel as the USA. I think that Beijing, China is going to be their next capital.

We agree that they don't care about any of amendments, ; but I think the "they" is the Ds also.

"The People" aren't a few million unified comparably-homogeneous colonists any more; it's now like the Roman Empire with many fractured interests, all in decline as our debt grows exponentially and inflation spirals.

We're not hungry enough for prole revolt yet, but every year it ratchets up a notch. I am voting Democrat in a couple weeks, but I don't think they can fix it at this point. How? They can't even self-audit, the most basic of tasks that they should be able perform.

If a company can't pass an audit, you charge the executives with crimes and dissolve the company.

2nd only works with large numbers, and people are either too apathetic or scared to organize.

[–] CorrectAlias@piefed.blahaj.zone 3 points 32 minutes ago

They don't even have diesel to export.

[–] homesweethomeMrL@lemmy.world 2 points 6 minutes ago

Diesel engines begin exploding, WH unavailable for comment

A Republican Agreement seems to be the new yardstick for "worthless".
