As a 38 year old man I feel I'm allowed to say the best two are still 8008135 and 1337.
69 and >9000 are both etched into my brain though.
Fun fact for many.. "IT'S OVER 9000" was a translation error. It was meant to be 8000 as Vegetas max power output was 18k and so only Goku using Kaio Ken X3 was able to defeat him.
