Any slap-fight is subject to comment removals. Fights full of rule violations will result in temporary bans to cool off.
- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.

The move came after a DNC panel passed a resolution from chair Ken Martin that called for a ceasefire and the free flow of aid to Gaza — and then blocked a second resolution that called for an arms embargo and suspension of military aid to Israel.
As party leaders announced the rival resolution had failed, one man stood up and, referring to the strong rank-and-file support for a harsher stand on Israel, called out loudly: “Ninety-three percent of Democrats — you gotta be f---ing kidding me."
Martin, seeing that the party was divided on the issue, announced that he would pull his resolution and instead further study it to include the voices of younger voters who were pushing for a harder line on Israel.
So the chair (who is essentially a dictator for their four year term, accountable to noone) over-rode the panel of DNC members . Because he feels Dem voters disagree with the DNC.
And I know people will still act like this was a bad move...
This is exactly what we've spent decades going after: a chair who does what voters want. Not what donors want.

Trump's justice-evading buddy Netanyahu having glued himself to the prime minister's seat to avoid being held accountable for corruption, embezzlement, war crimes, crimes against humanity & more is the rampant problem endangering hostages' lives as well as Palestinian lives, which should've been clear since he agreed to team up with far right lunatics, who love to send the very army to fight they always refused to serve in on "religious" grounds.
