Rules and procedure is great but what people do is all that really matters. Deferring to the list provided and 'just doing my job' is not a justifiable reason to commit crimes against humanity.

The next step is to set this app up to declare anyone who is known to criticize Trump as an illegal alien.
America, WAKE THE HELL UP RIGHT NOW.
of course the app creators intended it to be used like that. anyone in that field knew exactly where things were likely to head because they always head that way. if you hadn't paid attention to that type of surveillance technology that you might not know but these people definitely did. They wanted it, they got it, and now they're pretending to be embarrassed.
On the bright side, you can definitevely change your gender at birth just before you get shot. So that's a thing.
