people are incredibly stupid, incredibly lazy and america is chock full of authoritarians just craving to be told what to do.

I honestly think they would put the pedal to the metal. But I also think without the cult of personality, it will fall apart real fast. Only problem is, no idea who victors in that power vacuum…

Seeing articles like these nearly every single week in the United States is, well, not boring and I don’t see anyone doing anything about these other than discussion.
Because they are part of the problem. A corporate, for-profit media system is antithetical to truth and freedom.
The slope is vertical. We might catch ourselves before we crater, but I don’t have much hope.
Both congress and the Supreme Court handed ceded all their power to the executive branch. We have a dictator now, full stop. This country is run by the whims of a pedophile protecting (at best), rapist, criminal (convicted, not punished - REWARDED).
I have noticed that some of the regular creators I watch seem to look a little AI lately. I honestly have been questioning reality a bit; that’s probably the point.
I wish more people would see it.
