If he works for the police unfortunately they can't raid the correct address, will threaten innocent people with military grade weapons, then leave once they realize their detective is an idiot without so much as an apology.
I too would be a sad detective man if i couldn't detect a correct street address. I couldn't even get a job as a delivery driver.

Before wasting your time with a letter that will go straight into the rubbish, spend a little time seeing if anyone has created a work around, Hopefully Revanced or YTLitePlus can patch the age verification out.
