Hormuz doesn't open till MOU is signed on Friday. That just means there is that much time for Israel to spoil deal with more US supported violence.

MOU is for time to negotiate a real deal that would end the conflict. So saying the conflict is over because we signed a statement saying hostility would be paused to make a deal is just false.
