The election is in three weeks, and Pennsylvania is a must-win state for both Trump and Kamala Harris, but during a rally last night in Montgomery County, northwest of Philadelphia, Trump got bored with the event, billed as a “town hall,” and just played music for almost 40 minutes, scowling, smirking, and swaying onstage. Trump is no stranger to surreal moments, yet this was one of the oddest of his political career.

This kind of behavior would have resulted in discussion of dementia and Alzheimers if it was a Democrat.

Forty-four men have succeeded Washington so far. Some became titans; others finished their terms without distinction; a few ended their service to the nation in ignominy. But each of them knew that the day would come when it would be their duty and honor to return the presidency to the people.

All but one, that is.

For context, Dick Cheney announced that he’ll be voting for Kamala Harris.

Seems to be a common impact of brain worms.

A lot of what needs to be done is making sure that the Harris win is large enough that you can't easily claim that a handful of ballots should be tossed and change the outcome. That means:

• Check your voter registration — part of the Republican strategy has long been invalidating registrations so people can't vote
• Volunteer — nothing in the world quite like talking to people.
• Donate — money is used for everything from ads to voter turnout operations
• Organize; be prepared to turn out with others in your community to actively object to any effort to ignore your votes
