The problem isn't that the state is blocking it; its that they threatened to impose a $10,000 fine for each user who can access the site without first proving their age.

You can afford that risk if you live outside the US. Not if you're a US corporation

States have executive power too...and they're the ones who run elections. So they can just say no.

He hasn't yet. Elections are run by the states, which have their own executive power. State officials dont have to obey, particularly in the big vote-by-mail states in the west
