Dining facilities. Surf and turf nights are actually pretty regular, ever since at least ~2009 if you're on a big base (or, like any base in Kuwait) you're getting at least one a month.
The better draw was Indian nights. Those subcontractors can't cook a steak to save their lives for obvious reasons but they make a mean tikka masala.
