I'm not kidding when I say it would take almost half a century to restore the damage that has been done to the US and global order...
That's assuming it ever happens, which is far from certain.
You are a bit doomer there and honestly, I dunno man. I think it's maybe worse than that.
If you have the reigns of social media and the news, you could do it in six months or less.

I agree. We’re probably gonna balkanize as armed right wing groups fight for dominance (they’re the only ppl organized and ready for this sort if thing) while China/Russia may try to install some compliant comprador government at the top when all the dust settles. The rest of us will be hurled into an agrarian mode of production growing soybeans for the world bc nobody will care for dollars anymore.
