Sorry I should clarify, where did you get the idea that they're advocating for taking away flexibility, and them not wanting others to have flexibility.

Or did you really just base it off just that?

Just following the conversation honestly. It seems that Zatore is advocating that parents shouldn't get any additional time off because having kids doesn't make them special.
