Abrahamic religions generally believe other gods exist but that they are false gods. Christians mostly believe in the triunity, meaning that three separate gods (Jesus, God, Holy Ghost) are actually the same god.
I am no biblical scholar, but I have spent over a decade studying religions out of self-interest. I know just enough to get myself in trouble, so I don't claim any authority.
