No, Trump claimed that the US would blockade any ships that paid Iran's toll.
My point still stands. Trump didn't know what he was talking about. It's a blockade of Iran at the moment.
That might be because it would be pretty hard to figure out who paid the toll in real time, but that's what was clarified.
At this point I don't think you can actually attribute anything to Dear Leader that appears on his propaganda wall. Trumplethinskin has already admitted his staff writes for him. This from a guy who threw a fit about Biden auto signing documents. Loser can't even be bothered to post on his own account.
