Can confirm: my youngest son would most definitely do this.
My ADHD agrees that this is definitely the easier task.
I wonder why I feel the same. Is it because of how it's a "clearer" goal and I would know where to start and when to stop?
Rather, the more interesting thing to do and therefore what my body will now do, without me having any control to stop it
