Low energy AF. I heard the audio of him talking about that test and he sounded very tired... and like he was having a bit of trouble getting through the explanation. Probably just wishful thinking that he's running out of steam, but he's so full of hot air it's hard to tell, lol
Well we all have a limited amount of energy in our life, according to the dumbass president
And he hired a Defense Secretary who doesn't wash his hands because he doesn't believe in germs because he can't see them, and a Health Secretary that literally eats roadkill that has given him brain parasites.
These people have Medieval educations. It's like they're living in the 12th century.
