Tusk is probably the closest we're getting. God that movie is surreal.
They're in the same universe, Moose Jaws is the third in the trilogy.
It's been 20 years and they just delayed it again so Smith could get the rights to Dogma back so he can make Dogma 2. If it's coming I've given up waiting.
I mean, it's only been 12 years since Tusk came out, and they got funding in 2022 from Lions Gate for that and four other movies. At least according to Wikipedia.
I think the big factor is Depp, and if his involvement is delying production.
20 years was a little exaggeration, but the idea has been around since 2009.
