lol. These people know nothing of Jesus’ teachings. He taught to love everyone and share your stuff and be kind to each other.

Probably. I'm not in the USA.
One of the reasons I left Christianity was when the pastor preached it was impossible to be a Christian and a Democrat at the same time. I wasn't somewhere in the deep south, I was in Illinois.
Kinda depends on which gospel you pick. The four gospels don't agree on Jesus' character.
I prefer the Gospel of Thomas or the Gospel of Mary. Those are apocrypha though
