Can we call them what they are?
Dementia tests.
He's bragging about taking three dementia tests so far this year.
He's literally so stupid and/or demented that he doesn't realize the fact he has to explain what these tests are to everyone means they aren't normal.
Despite being soundly mocked by his opponents for it.
Not only bragging about taking them, but he's saying they're hard. They shouldn't be...
"I took an IQ test. Luckily it came back negative."
I'm mildly surprised he can remember the number
