So in the Bible adultery is specifically having sex with another (Hebrew) man's wife, not merely having sex outside marriage. Having sex with other women while married is allowed and sometimes even encouraged in the Bible. For example:
Deuteronomy 20:13-14
It's plausible Trump has had sex with other men's wives, though no specific example comes to mind.

To be honest, I don't remember. I'm better at remembering the juicy and hilarious stuff, like God casting Greater Bear Summon and a bunch of children immediately pulling aggro.
I just checked. He had sex with his neighbors wife Bathsheba, impregnated her and arranged her husbands death.
And he is described in the Bible as "a man after God's own heart."
He was punished though. The Bible, especially the old testament is hard to understand.

Moses, after coming down Mt Sinai with the 10 Commandments, which of course contains the very memorable "Thou shalt not murder" then immediately goes out and genocides the entire kingdom of Og.
The difference between murder and killing is notable. The Bible has no issue with "justified" killing, and ends up justifying it in a lot of cases, especially if the target is some infidel.
It's also having sex outside your own marriage.
