You could just sleep with the window open, rather than having the cat jump on your belly at 3am waking you up and scaring the hell out of you.

I don't live in a climate that supports that. My cat can come and go as she pleases. My other cat won't come in at night because it's not his territory.

Yeah, getting a good air quality monitor has made me understand the value of open windows. The co2 levels are so much higher with the windows closed
