He's as responsible for all the bad shit and Trump as Reagan was. His life was used to commit misery, especially in office. He would laugh or smile bringing up how people would suffer. He's as comparable to Trump to people waiting for him to bite it. If you have any feelings for this man, know he had none with regards to you. He stood with racist organizations in photos, he stole supreme justice seats specifically to result in this mess. No one should have sympathy for this man at all.
he also married elaine chao, she has ties to a tawainesse company that has ties with the CCP. she has vested interest(although its unclear)
