Whatever justification you need to treat people badly and also decrease the likelihood of anyone going vegan is not fine with me. You're toxic and your shit attitude literally hurts your cause. This attitude is a cancer that literally holds veganism back. Good job on that. I'm sure the animals that could've been saved if you had productive conversations would understand that it made you feel better to be a POS online.
You just said you don't care if veganism becomes more popular (in fact it doesn't matter if you make things worse) because being a judgemental piece of shit is what matters. Sarcastic because most vegans aren't insane, but are instead reasonable people who can articulate their views without projecting a burning hatred upon most of their species, and who also understand the concept of empathy directed at other humans.

Hmm interesting because if you weren't being derisive I'm not sure why you brought up the "tears" . Probably would pay to consider "carnists" deserving of a thoughtful conversation rather than support a burning hatred (which clearly is counter productive on top of not actually making any vegan feel better)

I would agree that some of the comments are bullying, I don't know what cry bullying is. But the original commenter here saying any non vegan is an evil chud is absolutely bullying too, or is at least intending to be.
I'm sure you won't believe me but it is nonetheless true, I defend vegans where I see them shit on unfairly... unless they start the conversation being an asswipe like this guy did. In that case there really ought to be a concern for what people take away from your ideological group. It's sad that I genuinely seem to want to prevent people from thinking "all vegans are crazy like that" more than you two do. You both seem to be thinking we are all evil anyway so we deserve to be labeled evil rather than educate us. If education had been happening here I'd be defending the original commenter. But instead I'm calling him an asswipe, since that's what he chose to be instead.
crybullying is when someone bullies others but then when called out cries and plays the victim. What I'm talking about is "bullying" the animals (i. e. horrifically mistreating and murdering them), then crying about being called mean names by the vegans for being part of the literal orphan killing machine.
but not other animals? Being an ally to allies is not really thing. For instance I don't care how much someone defends cis people that call out transphobia, they should be calling out the transphobia and defend trans people.
Same for non-human animals. That's something that doesn't seem to click with a lot of carnists, it's not about them. It's not about the vegans. It's about the non-human animals. A vegan is not someone who acts in a beneficial way for other animals, veganism is characterised by not doing something evil. Being vegan is simply not killing or enslaving, that's not a virtuous act that is simply not doing something bad. That's why the original commenter is calling all carnists chuds, not because they're so virtuous but because the others are just that evil.
Trying to keep vegans from being seen as lunatics actually 100% helps animals, encouraging that thought does the opposite. Defending reasonable vegans is not all I do either, but given your knack for mental gymnastics I think this conversation has reached its end. Enjoy feeling good about yourself, but it does make it obvious where your real priorities are. You're fraudulent just like the "Chud" you defend. You've lost touch with reality to the point where I'm not even sure you're capable of understanding another perspective.

I also like how you're implying that beating myself up is what would convince me (which it hasn't made me vegan or helped me in any other way, nor has it done so for anyone else either), but education would not be as effective.
You can talk to me about how to convince others when you've managed to convince yourself. Until then I'll stick with what worked on me and what I know worked on others, which is to move outside the bounds of "civil" debate and call a spade a spade.
