If your talking about the tag at the bottom of the shirt, below the buttons, I have a shirt that has a tag like that. So sadly, that item isn't an indicator of anything hokey 🫤
It does seem odd that he is dressed and looking like he's just waiting to be given the ok for discharge, when apparently he has not been.
I could see a public figure getting a bit done up while staying in, if they expected to have a handful of visitors for photo ops and press releases, when again, apparently he has not, aside from this one odd pic.
