It's not AI at all, someone has to make the design, do the plumbing, the electrical wiring, decorate it etc etc

Oh really? I hadn't heard. That's too bad, I was really hoping it would help with affordable housing.
We don't have affordable housing because everyone keep high the prices, many countries (like USA or Italy) have enough free houses to host all the homeless people in their land
Iirc affordable housing isn't unavailable because of the cost of construction.
I could be wrong though
