People should be allowed to have and grow all the plants on this planet. All drugs should be allowed without prescription. Prescription should be suggestion not permission.
i kinda disagree, you shouldnt be growing any plant you want: mostly invasives and poisonous ones, alot of ornamental are poisonous. plus the one reason that nobody mentions, is poaching wild plants, this will only encourage poaching of wild plants. with succulents this has happened with alot of species especially for echeveria, dudleyas(native to various california ecosystems, South of the united states, and mexico area. i believe korea has a craze for these plants is pretty much encouraging the type of poaching, horticulture cant supply enough , or cultivate wild ones due to niche environments for some species. Rx drugs, should be monitored by doctors to avoid complications, you dont want to take immuosuppreseants/ or heart disease drugs just because you were slightly under the weather that day. i think hard drugs should be de-criminilized.
Agreed, with the caveat that the plants being grown are not invasive and detrimental to the environment they are grown in. (That is assuming you are growing outdoors, if you are growing indoors then yes you should be able to grow everything within reason)
I'd love this. Let the morons OD, we need some natural selection. Should go a step further and take all the warning labels off things. Wanna wear a plastic bag as a helmet? Go ahead big dog.
Gigantic disagree on your second point. Yes some warning labels are just "don't be fucking stupid" but most of them are there so corporations can not fuck you without telling you that they are fucking you.

if all drugs are legalized then the amount of people who will OD will be a LOT more than what you see when they're illegal
also alot of deathsdont need to be due to OD. prednisone, tacrolimus(oral) is not to messed with, antidepressants, blood pressure meds, thrombolytics. even some topicals you have to be careful. and babies cant have certain topicals.

you dont want ricin, or MONKShood(aka wolfsbane), aconitum has been used to murder someone in India, because the plant is so toxic, i think you can get symptoms just by touching it. and most of these can be established weeds too. or any of the trees in the euphorbicae family, well known are dynamite tree, and machineel.
I agree with you. Drug control is only needed to control population so they keep working for their masters.
Alcohol is a drug too, and is allowed because it tends to kill closer to old age where people become burden to the system. People can work next day after consuming alcohol. Also most consumers do that just before weekends. So negative impact is even less.
