I wonder how much this meeting cost the tax payers. It wasn’t free to fly all the generals to this location and put them up for however long it was required.

One of my local schools just up and disappeared in a puff of smoke. I couldn't make out the green numbers that were hanging in the air for awhile afterwards to see how much budget it got them back.
Look at the timing. This meeting took place the day before the shut down. These dumb saps aren't getting any travel vouchers. Hell they're not even getting paid this month!
