It was more specific than that. It was the dad pretending to be pregnant and give birth.
Wait, Disney pulled that episode? What for? He just carries his kid around in a papoose and pretends to be pregnant because it's a fun game for the kids.
Because the US has a bunch of delusional fundies in it who unironically think kids should be told babies are delivered by storks? 🤷
Right, I forgot that there's a whole lot of people who just lie to their kids for no real reason.
The answer to that is always the same, has been for 10 years.
