Yes. Because the other 208 spent the last few decades setting a norm in which 4 of them thought that it would be a perfectly ok thing to do without being ejected from the party. Any of the 208 who don't take action now are complicit in their silence.

Your analogy is specious because black individuals don't automatically bear the responsibility to distance themselves from other black individuals who commit crimes, but becoming an elected representative of a party does VERY much come with the responsibility to make sure your party doesn't get infiltrated by corrupt politicians on the payroll of foreign powers.
