Anatomically most healthy way to poop.

[–] prettybunnys@piefed.social 11 points 2 weeks ago

Doesn’t leave enough room for a face if you’re on the floor so you have to stand on a pedestal, make sure you use one that’s strong enough for your weight!

[–] rants_unnecessarily@piefed.social 6 points 1 week ago (1 children)

But the poop will be standing on the ground before it's out of your butt.

[–] chuckleslord@lemmy.world 4 points 1 week ago (1 children)

You're making your poop hole too shallow, then

[–] LovableSidekick@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago (2 children)

My poop hole is the size God made it, sir.

[–] some_kind_of_guy@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago

Mine is slightly larger these days

I won't stand for this poop hole slander. this kind of talk is alarmist and irresponsible. i love the poop hole. my father worked two jobs to dig this poop hole and never complained. why are we talking about closing the poop hole. if you love america, you throw money in it's poop hole.

What makes a poop stance "healthy"?

[–] village604@adultswim.fan 9 points 1 week ago

Less strain on your GI tract means less chance of hemorrhoids and such.

Your puborectalis is pinching off your rectum like a kink in a garden hose. Pooping in a position that loosens it requires less strain, which avoids injury. That position is a squat!

[–] MrScottyTay@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

But which version do you prefer, the anal one or the canal one?

[–] wonderingwanderer@sopuli.xyz 1 points 1 week ago

Anal canal is
A funny thing to pronounce
Both words the same way

maybe some of us are just naturally kinky tho.

like, i went to see a... what's it called. spine adjuster. based off woo ghost mormon magic, but the dude did really good therapeutic massage too once he learned what's what and did what he could to really help his clients. including me, when he did his xray he told me he was going to tell me to stand up straight but turns out my spine just does that. so next time someone tells me to stand up straight, tell them i have doctor's orders to flip them off but am too polite to.

i just flip them off.

maybe with your anatomy. mine is hanging from the ceiling like a bat. or spiderman.

[–] 666dollarfootlong@lemmy.world 2 points 1 week ago

Yea I got two little children's platforms to put under my feet on a toilet seat at home to get that squat pose going
