There is also value in pumping up the DSA faction inside the party, and helping them takeover.

This is literally the only path forward and everyone who isn't actively doing that is helping elect Republicans. But I'm pretty sure this is one of those subs that ban you if you try to say dems aren't as bad as republicans. World is filled with fuckass mods that ban when their feefees get hurt, make fuckin reddit mods look reasonable and deliberate half the time.
