I for the life of me don't understand why people feel the need to edit photos for fake internet points.
Easily explained: for rhetorical effect and humour. Now, tell us why you feel the need to have a huge stick up your ass?

You say that as though you are being ironic, and yet everything in this thread supports the idea that you absolutely don't get it. This is one of those rare cases of unintentional un-irony. Now, about that stick?

Silly funny?
You could have literally posted the same thing without editing the photo.
Thats not silly. This photo is funny. The added edit makes it more funny by adding silly. A big part of humor is usually hyperbole.
That picture wasn't edited to drastically change his appearance.

No I'm not, you're "meme" is just misleading. I don't even know why I'm talking to you. Your comment history is insane, and all you do is argue with people.
I argue with people about half the time and just talk the other half. My very recent is just because I decided to engage with a .ml post lol. I've got a feeling your sense of humor is very warped. I mean, if you can't understand the concept of altering an image to give it exaggerated features, thus increasing its humor.
