No. Not even close.
He didn't say NY, he said tallest building in downtown manhatten.
That sounds more likely to be factually correct, but of course he's still a psychopathic narcissist who's clinincally incapable of understanding that other people feel pain.
Also, “own” is unlikely to be a fact either.
isn't Trump tower in Midtown? If you include Midtown as part of Downtown that covers pretty much every very tall skyscraper in the city
