Funny you should mention PostNord. In Finland (at least a couple of years back) "LostNord" seems to be the delivery option people complain the most about. As in people yelling at the telephone going "I was home all day and I could see the van driving right past the house around the time the tracker says the attempt failed" and then they get to have a week long ordeal figuring out which warehouse their parcel is in.
(Apparently they blame the contractors. Also, can't say much about this myself, all of the stuff I've gotten over PostNord were letterbox-size parcels which got delivered fine.)
