the funny part about this 'blue no matter who' post is that it is specifically about trans people and all of the comments are about tankies. either way, you're expected to vote for gavin newsom, right?

The point is to vote against Gavin Newsom in the primaries, because he sucks and almost any other Democrat candidate would be better.

Then hold our nose and vote for him if we're unlucky enough that he wins the primary, moderating his garbage with as much pressure as we can bear.

Like, if Newsome is LBJ and he’s running against goddamn George Wallace, yes I’m going to fucking vote for him. JFC. I swear to god only these privileged, sheltered-ass dweebs can delude themselves into believing that cosplaying as “revolutionaries” and refusing to vote makes them the saviors of the vulnerable.
