As a parent who interacts with other parents, I can assure you some are.
My ex would do it. Probably wouldn't tweet about it (she's a covert narcissist)

As someone who had to endure shit parents as a child: They don't.
They will rather go win gold in mental gymnastics than to allow any form of self-awareness from developing, too.
And then emotionally blackmail you to try and get you to take the blame for it
Jokes on them, I never developed the emotional capacity needed to be able to be emotionally blackmailed, thanks to their shit parenting.
