I dunno which one is the person on the right, but they look like a Fallout ghoul on shrooms.
The one on the left looks like they used to be a woman name Sharon.
He was a staunch segregationist who set the filibuster record of 24h 18m railing against Eisenhower's update to a civil rights bill adding federal oversight to insure integration of southern schools was followed. He sucked.
He was Mitch McConnel’s mentor.
