Well China makes some stuff of their own that are very next level. Chengdu J-36, Shenyang J-50.
But they could use hands on experience to find weaknesses in the F35 which will make it's way to Chinese ally Russia which is Europe's main enemy. As a country who only had F35s now this is a big problem.
They already got that information from some secretary of defense signal chat probably.
