The bottom left one really doesn't appear to be all that different but okay.
Do you mean top right? There i a notable difference on bottm left
just recently she was seen at a mexican restaurant after getting chemical peel and more filler done, she is going through a much faster Maga-morphosis than the other women, who at leas took years to get that face.
I don't there's any difference at all that can't be explained by makeup.
(I'm guessing the eyebrows are tattooed on and the lips are filled, but in theory I think it could be achieved with brow powder and over lining the lips.)
Top right mostly looks like ageing and makeup.
And nose surgery and botox
and lip fillers and a nose job and maybe that cheek hollowing thing (but hard to tell due to different expression)
