I agree, don't bother. Not really much we can do. It's not like we can do what the right wing did with covid. Or what they did with the border wall. Or what they did with podcast. Or what they did with comedy. Or what they did with left wing voice. Or what they did with Venezuela, twice. We can't do any thing. Don't over do it delete most of your accounts online. Or at least don't ever comment on anything or create any content. Just draw everything you want to say on a piece of cardboard and go stand on 24th and Bloomington with it and then thar will change minds
Ok, let me clarify it better
I'm saying if you didn't conserve yourself you will end up with psychiatric ward. Find one or two issues where you can have an impact and concentrate on them. There are more people so someone else will concentrate on others.
I never said to ignore everything.
Yea i saw the same about elections too. I try to tell people I'm with that if you pay attention to current events it's just icky. Life is much better even you don't bother to stay present and aware or bother voting. Let every one else worry about democratic participation. Someone else will do it. Worry about yourself. Self care is important
