That's not a take so much as it is a bunch of disjointed, almost-sensical thoughts thrown into a paragraph together.
It's called a list. We are talking about an organization with a trillion $ budget. They do lots of disjointed things. And I threw a little humor in. I am such a terrible person, I know.
A list of words does not a coherent thought make.
I guess whoosh. You just couldn't get past the list to see the point.

Santa?
Of all nazis making lists, the most famous list maker who worked against the nazis would be Schindler, however, if Santa also was a member of NSDAP he would definately be more famouser than Oscar. Santa as we know it started his career in 1931 (iirc) so the timeline fits
Edit: presuming santa would act against the wishes of his party
