I made these numbers up, but they're likely not that far off.
Old stats but: 5.8 million Puerto Ricans in the US and 3.3 million in Puerto Rico in 2021 (about 340million total in the us in 2021).
I would say 29% is accurate if you include people that would rather be Puerto Ricans right now
