Put them all on an island, and leave them there. Not that island. Another one with no shelter.
No no, put them on the Epstein island, cut all access to the outside world, blockade the island to prevent escape or import, then check back after every recorded victim has hit adulthood.
I like the irony of their heaven becoming their hell.
