So my adblocker now also removes youtube comments? That's more of a feature than a hurdle!
I recall having some firefox addon once upon a time to specifically remove youtube comments.
When adblox inevitably fixes this, you can block comments, and a bunch of other crap, on purpose with Unhooked

I love unhook so much. Using Youtube without recommended videos is a blessing. I only see what I wanna see, not a single thing the algorithm wants me to watch.

I usually find the comments more useful than the video, sometimes more entertaining too.
Then you really should watch better videos.
