Are you people freaking blind? President Trump is very spry for his age, has a luxurious head of hair, and has self-regenerating ears. And he's a great guy! He brings JOY and SMILES to the ladies!

The challenge here is that a monologue like that would not be out of place on Fox “news” or even from congressional leaders. They’ve become caricatures of themselves. Everyday they say or do something that would have been an Onion headline before 2016.

Let me start with this and say that I hate Trump.

But I do think it's pretty duplicitous that if there was a voluptuous female African American singer that was getting dunked on because she was heavy, everyone would leap to her defense. However, when it's time to try and dunk on the orange menace everyone jumps to oh. He's really fat and his dick is small and he's so ugly and he's losing his hair. Like come on this guy is giving you an incredible wealth of things to hate that have nothing to do with his body but people go for the easy stuff I guess.

I encourage you to try a little harder and go after his intelligence or his pedophilia or his inability to speak properly or a million other things.

I am the left man I'm saying we're supposed to be better than this. We're the educated, tolerant, multi cultural side and we're not afraid to call out when our own team loses sight of that. I know you're not brave enough to have any kind of unpopular stance so maybe reddit is where you belong.

Dude he's a narcissistic man child with practically no capacity towards humanity as a concept. They don't care about morals for they are without morals, they don't care about honor for they are honorless, they don't care about reason for they are without reason, all they have is ego and vanity with no self reflection. The only way to attack folks like Trump in a way that hurts them and their followers is to attack their appearance because their character is largely irrelevant, at best attacking their character is for bolstering our side not weakening theirs.

It's shit but this is what happens when your foe holds no ideals, morals, or ideology and whose only goals are sadism and avarice.

This isn't really about Trump in particular, I just don't think attacking horrible people specifically on their physical attributes is like the best idea. Kind of reduces everyone down to being playground bullies again.

I get what you're getting at, but this is a whole new game. Trump and Noem are really sensitive about appearances. Attacking their appearance really gets under their skin, so it makes sense to push their buttons this way.

You don't make bullies stop with the power of friendship(TM).

Especially when the bully is not a teenager (who we can argue can be somewhat re-educated) but an 80 years old narcissist with imperialist deliriums, desires of becoming a dictator and the biggest military (which, among the things, he said he's ready to send against "enemies" in his own country).

Against this kind of bully, you need to fight for your life. And you don't fight for your life with the power of friendship(TM). You do it by hitting your enemy where it can hurt most, because it's him or us.

When this guy decided that, against his enemies (because, remember, we are not his opponents, we are his enemies), everything goes, he lost any legitimity to claim he's being attacked with bigotry.

The turd doesn't get to recieve morally valid attacks anymore because he broke the social contract. He decided that his enemies don't deserve mercy, or, in general, human treatment. And when you go that far as to decide that other people don't deserve human treatment, it means you are not playing by the rules anymore.

That moment is when you said by yourself that everything can be used to attack you. When you decide to stop treating the others as humans, you become non-human. Morality only applies to beings capable of understanding it.

I haven't ever insulted a political opponent (or any opponent in general) for the aspects of them that are not under their control (like aspect and sexuality) because I think we can't reduce ourselves to being without morals.

Then, this guy came. He broke all the rules and decided that anyone outside his circle is not a person anymore. You'll have to excuse me if I attack his with everything I got because I'm fighting for my life against him.

I'm not sure you realize that if this asshole succeeds, nobody will be safe, not even those living outside that shithole. So yeah, when it comes to this administration, what matters is removxng them, anyway we can, because for many, it's a matter of life and death.
