Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!

Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

Makes sense that Kent would take it to Tucker Carlson, he's a subject matter expert when it comes to no intelligence.

Ba-dum tsssssssss

Be that as it may, Tucker has been better than many democrats on foreign policy for a year or more. Of course I should add that he wants to instead make civil war on America, so there is that.

Uh, the pro Russia talking points are good with you?

[–] teyrnon@sh.itjust.works 2 points 3 days ago

I am against war with Iran, always have been. Against the Iraq war. Against the Afghanistan war. I am against Israel. I don't change my views because of whatever Russia is saying. Tucker, Owens, and the rw that is opposed to Israeli influence are allies in ending these foreign conflicts.

I knew Iran was not close to making any nuclear weapons. Trump told me himself last year when he bombed the factories.

Duh!

Just last year, the Mango Mussolini was bragging about COMPLETELY dismantling the Iranian nuclear program. When he wanted to go to war, the story changed to them being minutes away from nuking Tel Aviv.

They just go with whatever lie is convenient for their current purposes with no regard for consistency or believability.

They know that the cult will swallow it whole and the "fourth estate" is too corrupt to hold them accountable.

I actually was coming in to make the comment "When asked about these revolations, 100% of the people filed this story under......DUH!!!!"

That's true, and it's because thus far, they've faced no accountability, nor consequences, nor fallout from any of their actions.

If I steal $100 from you, and you give it, I'm a theif, but you're the one missing $100.

If I steal $100 from you a second time, and you bash my face in with a crowbar, I'm not as likely to rob you a 3rd time.

So far, nobody has bashed trump's face in with a crowbar. So he hasn't faced a line he won't cross.

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 1 points 4 days ago (1 children)

Looking for volunteers on that crowbar thing?

[–] Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 1 points 4 days ago

Yes please! An army of them actually!

[–] teyrnon@sh.itjust.works 4 points 5 days ago

What a world, here I am defending tucker carlsen, just a few years back he was public enemy number, top ten, for mouthpieces. Marjorie T Greene, one of the good guys now, better than most of the goddamned democrats in some respects. We are so fucked if we don't organize here.

[–] Uranus_Hz@lemmy.zip 3 points 5 days ago

“Intelligence” is “woke”. Therefore it is not allowed in the White House.

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 1 points 4 days ago

I firmly believe there was no intelligence at the White House.
