Nope. There would have to be an article before the noun. "A child eating...", or " children"
you would have to say "a child eating pedophiles" and not "child eating pedophiles" for me to interpret it that way, but "a child eating pedophile" singular not plural is back to the pedophile doing the eating... unless its a caption...
