God forbid you treat people for infectious diseases. I don't see how that could help the rest of society at all!
At first I was confused why he'd pick a contagious disease to be outraged at people getting treatment for, then I realized he probably thinks its some kind of divine punishment for immorality.
For HIV specifically it's probably also a homophobic dogwhistle.
And racist (as usual)--people of African origin have higher rates of HIV.

The whole basis for the ethnic cleansing is that immigrants are a threat to you. Infectious diseases are a tried and true line of attack.
also note that Nazis like to exploit the victims of their ethnic cleansing first, so yeah, human trafficking victims get HIV then they can die and their bodies be disposed of as disrespectfully as possible.
So wouldn't they want immigrants to get treated?
No it's all part of the propaganda campaign to convince them they're dangerous and subhuman. After years of hammering the idea home, the solution is to get rid of them rather than provide treatment.

The richest country in the world and we can't be bothered to help people in our own country, we need that money to bail out corporate losses. How do the conservative, and the Democrats sheep for that matter, not realize this situation.
