Next they condemn public restrooms.

[–] Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 5 points 1 month ago

I condemn the people that use the public restroom before me.

I'd really like to know how there is a shit stain on the ceiling. It's as impressive as it is gross.

Looks like they know their base is so stupid they can make them hate good things just by saying it’s left. They used to hide it better.

Also there’s the possibility it’s a plant and this is reverse psychology. I dont know this person and i trust no one now. They’ve done that enough times i wouldn’t be surprised.

that reminds me of that Obama Skit on Key and Peele where Obama just listed republican talking points and the republicans couldn't help but disagree with them because it was being proposed by a liberal.

Alternate Headline: Beautiful flower attempts to grow within a pile of shit.

Fox tells them it's bad, they're brainwashed into thinking everything fox tells them is truth. A normal functioning brain would see how those policies would benefit society...

(Fox needs to have a disclaimer on all their bullshit that says they are legally required to say this is opinion and not news, as well as quoting their lawyer when he said something like "no one actually believes any of this")

[–] masterbaexunn@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

Bold of you to assume they have brains

[–] Weydemeyer@lemmy.ml 9 points 1 month ago

I don’t they realize just how anti-data center Americans of all political stripes have become.

[–] uriel238@lemmy.blahaj.zone 9 points 1 month ago

They did this exact thing to AOC's Green New Deal when she introduced it, and I couldn't comprehend how people could read it as a bad thing (at least those who weren't top 1%ers wanting to evade taxes).

Who looks at that and doesn't want that? The people who own FOX ok gotcha.

You know, this guy ^

[–] FlexibleToast@lemmy.world 8 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Oh shit. I'm in Wisconsin and didn't know who was running to replace Evers. I knew he was retiring. Thanks for this, now I know I'm voting for her.

[–] huppakee@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago (1 children)

You sure about that? The rich will have to pay your childcare! Also, you'll earn at least $20 an hour. Also, your money can't go to overpriced food, because the state will own a place that sells food. On top of that, there won't be any datacenters, so you will be left with enough water, enough electricity and enough land! Doesn't it sound much nicer to have no taxes for the rich? Imagine what they can do with all the money they now don't have to spend on the other people in society. Imagine a world where they can "invest" all of their wealth. Doesn't that sound much better? Think mate!

and none of it will matter because wisconsin is one of the most gerrymandered states in the country, all but a guarantee that republicants will remain in control of the state assembly and none of a democrat governor's platform will see the light of day.

It's like it's free advertising? 😅

[–] Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 7 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Never heard of Fransesca Hong before. Not sure what office she's running for, but I hope she wins!

[–] thethunderwolf@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 1 month ago (1 children)

[–] Lost_My_Mind@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

If I run for president or governor of California, I will implement the same “far left” policies

[–] bridgeburner@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Funny how in the sh*thole called the USA those things are considered far-left when in other countries those would be center/center-left views lol

[–] Slovene85@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 month ago

United Shitholes of America

[–] thlibos@thelemmy.club 4 points 1 month ago

I'd love it if she won. I can't think of a faster way to ensure that MAGA shitstain Tom Tiffany is the next governor of Wisconsin than for her to win the nomination, though. WI isn't California or New York, even if it is all bullshit there is just too much red meat for the MAGAt puppetmasters to seize upon to vilify her and whip the dullards up into a blood frenzy, even if it is in their own's heads.

[–] minorkeys@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

If they don't want social programs then they need to pay enough that we can buy those things. But they don't want that either. Sooooo...they just want us to not consume resources and die?

[–] SpacetimeMachine@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Literally yes, that's exactly what they want

[–] minorkeys@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 month ago

So genocide. Do we not have a right to defend our lives, then? If not, why support this system of rules at all?

[–] Kolanaki@pawb.social 3 points 1 month ago

The only two items that could even possibly be a negative to certain people are the last two. And only to rich fucks who also might wanna build data centers.
